Back on My Feet

Back on My Feet, a nonprofit organization that uses running as a vehicle to promote the self-sufficiency of Philadelphia and Baltimore's homeless population, is proud to announce the Second Annual 20in24 Relay Challenge, Ultra-Marathon and Midnight Madness Run and NEW Pajama Loop presented by Nike

Because of the wonderful support of our sponsors and partners, 100 percent of the profits from the 20in24 go directly to support Back on My Feet. We are pleased to provide 20in24 participants the option of either paying the registration fee or fundraising the same amount. more information

The 20in24 Relay Challenge - limited number of teams

This is Philadelphia's only 24-hour relay race that takes place around the Schuylkill River Running Loop. The event is created for teams of five that can choose a participation category ranging from 8.4 miles to 33.4 miles per member.

The Gold and Platinum categories are limited to 20 teams each. The Bronze and Silver will categories are open to 40 teams each because there are two start times to choose from when registering- 10 am and 6 pm.

$1,000 will go to the Platinum team that completes their loops in the fastest time. $500 will go to the fastest Gold, Silver and Bronze teams. more information

The Lone-Ranger Ultra Marathon - SOLD OUT - extended $500 offer available for 10 more participants

This race is sold out, but because of the interest in this lone ranger, we will accommodate 20 more people. However, because we have to increase support and safety - the registration fee for this accomodation is $500, which you can pay or fundraise. You can register here and your fundriasing page will be automatically created. Plese email Maureen O'Toole if you have questions.

The Lone Ranger was a very popular field last year and this year, we have opened up the field to 250 people. This category is for experienced runners as the Lone Rangers will be testing themselves to see how many 8.4-mile laps they can run around the Schuylkill River Running Loop in the 24-hour time frame. There is no minimum or maximum number of loops Lone Rangers have to run.

$1,000 will go to the top male and female who accomplish the most miles in the 24-hour time period and $500 will go to the top male and female 40 and over who accomplish the most miles. One person could win both categories if the top winner happens to be over the age of 40 the day of the race. This prize money is a result of a generous donation requesting it be used for this purpose. more information
